SimplifyAMZ ("the Service," "the Tool," "we," "our") is a browser-based utility that helps Amazon sellers organize their Detailed Date Range (DDR) reports and 1099-K data into a structured reconciliation document suitable for review by a qualified tax professional.
The Service is an organizational tool — not a tax preparation service.
SimplifyAMZ was built by an Amazon seller, for Amazon sellers. It takes the data you already have and arranges it into a format your CPA can actually work with. That's it.

By using SimplifyAMZ, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your data never leaves your browser.
SimplifyAMZ processes all data entirely client-side, within your web browser, on your device. Specifically:
The PDF documents generated by the Tool are created entirely in your browser and saved directly to your device. At no point does your financial data pass through our infrastructure.
Note: Standard web hosting infrastructure (e.g., web servers, CDNs) may log routine technical data such as IP addresses and page requests as part of normal website delivery. This is separate from your financial data, which is never transmitted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
SimplifyAMZ, its creator(s), contributors, affiliates, and any associated parties ("the SimplifyAMZ Parties") shall NOT be liable for:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SIMPLIFYAMZ PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is sought, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if the SimplifyAMZ Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Tool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the SimplifyAMZ Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SimplifyAMZ regarding your use of the Tool and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
SimplifyAMZ is a paid service. Access to export features requires a one-time payment of $69.99 (or the current listed price at the time of purchase), processed securely through Stripe.
SimplifyAMZ offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by emailing admin@simplifyamz.com with your access code or the email address used during checkout.
Refund requests received after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Refunds are processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used for your original purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us at admin@simplifyamz.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues quickly.
