1. Overview

The SimplifyAMZ Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to SimplifyAMZ. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 30% commission ($21.00) on each qualifying sale of $69.99
• Commissions are tracked via unique referral links (simplifyamz.com?ref=YOUR_CODE)
• A "qualifying sale" is a completed purchase that is not subsequently refunded within the 7-day refund window

3. Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked using your unique referral code appended to the SimplifyAMZ URL
• Attribution uses a last-click model — the most recent referral link clicked before purchase receives credit
• Referral data is stored in your browser's local storage and passed to our payment processor at checkout

4. Payouts

• Commission payouts are processed manually on a monthly basis
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.00
• Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, or direct bank transfer (as mutually agreed)
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income

5. Promotional Guidelines

You MAY:

• Share your honest experience with SimplifyAMZ
• Describe the tool's features and functionality accurately
• Use your referral link in blog posts, social media, videos, and email newsletters
• State the price ($69.99) and that it produces a reconciliation worksheet

You MAY NOT:

• Claim that SimplifyAMZ provides tax advice, tax preparation, or accounting services
• Guarantee specific tax outcomes, savings, or refund amounts
• Use language suggesting SimplifyAMZ is "IRS-approved," "audit-proof," or "guaranteed accurate"
• Suggest users do not need a CPA or tax professional
• Make income claims about affiliate earnings
• Use paid advertising that bids on "SimplifyAMZ" brand terms without prior approval
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) promoting SimplifyAMZ
• Misrepresent your relationship with SimplifyAMZ (you are an independent affiliate, not an employee or representative)

6. Prohibited Content

Affiliates must not associate SimplifyAMZ with:

• Tax evasion, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Misleading claims about IRS requirements or tax law
• Any content that could create legal liability for SimplifyAMZ

7. Compliance

• Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements — clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links" or "#ad #affiliate")
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• SimplifyAMZ reserves the right to review affiliate promotional materials

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time
• Upon termination, pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days
• SimplifyAMZ reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliates who violate these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions

9. Modifications

SimplifyAMZ may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

SimplifyAMZ's total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions earned by that affiliate in the 12 months preceding any claim.
